Soz I'm depressing! I managed to stop a panic attack for the first time without a benzo. I started thinking about things that calmed me down.. 2 days until I get Vyvanse refill. It's been hell without a stimulant. I just woke up. I've been sleeping and dreaming constantly. I just drank an energy drink which might help... |

Damn pharmacy never called for payment and I don’t have a number which will put off shipping until Monday and the delivery. Ugh. I just want him treated.

So i just found out my fiance probably cant go back home due to the CPS stuff, which is the reason he was living in hotels last year for 4 months. And we cant seem to afford this place. We can. Its not about the rent. Its about we dont have money for everything else we need living here. And im unable to pay one of my bills.

Watching more Black Summer. Creepy freaking zombies. These ones can haul ***. Not like the ones in the regular shows/movies.

My pup is devastated. He’s used to being the baby that everyone fawns over. But Henry’s been needy so he’s been getting more attention.
Roko is seriously moping around the house stopping in front of us whining. I swear he sighs every time he lays down. He’s on my lap now...much happier but so excited he’s drooling all over me lol. Dogs are gross. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety

Tomorrow I have to get up at 7:50 am to go see Avengers: End Game. Then I'm going to read a couple chapters of my book, tweak the preface and think about publishing it if I get that far. It's crazy that I'm still finding errors in my book. The greatest thing I've noticed when writing, is that to read the entire paragraph over and over until it fits neatly with no errors, then move on to the next paragraph. I can't just correct something in particular in a paragraph and move on, reading the paragraph until it fits is necessary. Watch my Preface be the best part of my book because i've gone over that more than anything lol.
