Good morning all. Today is Friday which means I see T tomorrow. I'm trying to hang on and not SH until I see T. Maybe she can help me with the anxiety and feelings of failure, or maybe she can give me some tools and techniques to not SH. No hallucinations so far today, so that's good! I hope my Vapewild stuff came today. 3 boxes of coils and a 30ml of Stardust, and a 30ml of Ry4Life.

I replaced the coil and filled with my current bottle of Ry4Life.

For some reason juices that I think are great for ADV become terrible quickly. I vaped a tank of Wrangler when my flavors had newly arrived and it tasted disgusting. Vaped it on Wednesday and it was tolerable but not so much an adv anymore.

So...

I'm late to go make a tie dye shirt. Damn. I wish I had done it. So anyway, I need to shower.

I used the last coil I had (unless there are still a couple in the tank boxes) on the presumption that the new supply came. I love vaping with a new coil. The flavor is so good.

I'm freezing. I'm not going to shower if they keep the AC on. It's so horribly cold.

It's nice outside! I didn't need my winter coat. I wonder if it will be like the summer of '17. Cold and rainy. I wouldn't mind.

I miss my friend. We're almost done going through the boxes in the storage space. When we finish, there will be the remaining boxes from the apartment. Hopefully there will still be room for everything I want to keep.

I was too chicken to ride my bike last Saturday. Because the seat is too high and the water bottle holder is in my way. I want to ride my bike before there's some disaster to steal my bicycle riding away. It has been since 2008 I think that I last rode. I shouldn't have left Chicago. Things were really good there for awhile. Except for the psychosis which was horrible, I was happy there. I had all the benzos I could want and I weighed like 65 pounds less than now. I wish I could ride my bike to the bike shop, get the seat lowered, and the bottle holder removed, and ride on the lake bike path again.

I'm really glad I get to see my friend pretty often. I wish vaping had gotten to this point by 2005. I'd have a lot more lung capacity now.

Today was a really easy day, painted a deck and sprayed the south and east sides of this fancy place. I guess we're hiring a couple more guys, plus taking on another guy to handle all the work we suddenly have.

Feeling number than usual, but nothing is really botherming me much, except for how I messed up the roll out to my book. I was adding and taking parts out and I forgot to read through it and edit it, and it was a very sketchy scene, very amateurish, ohwell. I have all weekend to fix it, and then I'll read over it again. Got to fix chapter 3 and 4.

I see my pdoc on the 30th, I think I might taper down off the Seroquel because it has lost its effectiveness. And im still having trouble sleeping, and im maxing out again on Benadryl because I can't miss work. Also, I have to train new guys, and doing that while feeling like a zombie is tough. I don't even know what other drugs I can take for my sleep though. :-/ I've been on all of them except ambien, but I don't want to do something stupid while taking that drug. I could up my benzo but... ill just build a tolerance in a couple weeks and be at square one.

Why isn't my Geodon ****ing working

I'm throwing out my kratom. I get killer headaches and took 6 Advil today. It also gives me sleep paralysis and makes me tired. Also was hearing voices before I went to sleep last night. Weird stuff.

Slept 2 hours now wide awake

I'll stay up with ya. I've barely slept as well. That's how my sleeping patterns have been.
