My sister gave me some constructive criticism over my book, starting with chapter three. She was right. I hate to edit a book that is published. I should have kept it for another month. Ohhwell, I went ahead and edited it and republished it starting tomorrow. :-/ At the beginning of the book I tried to use poetic devices and it just resulted in awkward conversation, so I tamed and trimmed it. That rhyme wasn't on purpose lol.

The company I work for isn't doing well at all. We hired a woman, who is pretty good but she can't lift a ladder, and avoids difficult tasks, and often takes shortcuts. I wish we had 2 more entry level workers to help me do the annoying stuff, like nailing down 2x4's on the roof so we can scale it to paint the high stuff.

In the hospital I was on zyprexa, seroquel, abilify and invega lol..

Right now I'm on seroquel and invega. Works good

I told my therapist to make an appointment with my psychiatrist cuz I haven't seen her in over 6 months. I'm going to ask her to lower my invega injection from 150mg to 100mg..

I’m on Latuda and seroquel. The combo seems to work even though I can be kind of sleepy in the morning. Doctor is thinking of switching the seroquel out for abilify eventually.

I'm technically on Geodon and Saphris but the Saphris is only for sleep. I don't really take the saphris anyway, it gives me a headache

I was on 2 for a couple years. Haldol and Zyprexa. Then I switched to Haldol and Latuda. Then just Latuda.
I found it helpful when I was symptomatic.

I need help yall.

I need to know how to basically avoid my mom. I call her everyday and she has an attitude about me calling her. She never wants to talk and if she does she insults me about something.

I'm ready to stop. I just need help. I need something to occupy my time. Cant wait to get a job.

Hi everybody, still struggling some. Could be worse I guess. Trying to get distracted and stuff. Not easy. Feel like I'm going to relapse with SH. Managed not to yesterday. But it seems so big. It's going to engulf me. Had a few hallucinations this morning, but they seemed to have stopped. They weren't too disconcerting for a change. HUGS All Kit
