I'm probably going to relapse soon but I've made it pretty far. I just don't think I can make it much longer.

Kitty is doing okay. I need to take her back to the vet because she always seems hungry even though I'm feeding her the amount on the package. And when I test her urine, it's always high in glucose even though I'm giving her the insulin. I'm not sure if the cat litter has something to do with that chemical wise, because she goes in the cat litter then I put the stick on top of it, so I'm not sure I'm getting a pure sample. So I'm going to need the vet to test her and see where her glucose is really at.

How are you doing today?

At low dose, 1-4 grams it's a stimulant. At 5-8 grams, it's an opioid. There's different strains (White strain is more stimulating, red strain is more relaxing and green strain is in between). I have all 3 different strains and only tried the red strain so far.

I'm doing well, have been walking a lot, got 17,000 steps in today, having the fitbit is really motivating

@newtus - you could change your mom's name in your phone to "count to 10" instead of "mom." Just so you have time to stop and think if you really want to call her, or maybe choose to call someone else, journal, go for a walk, take a shower, etc.

hey guys,
its a much better day today , talked to my SO for 2 hours on the phone, i feel so much more, hmm whats the word... content thats it content!
have you tried kratom as a tea yet, it releases better as a hot tea. i know you can get directions about how much to use and how to do it on line , i looked it up a long time ago.
I have been worried about a relapse too, Kitty , i am trying so hard to be ok, but the voices are giving me direction and i feel attacked sometimes.

Did you ask your vet for some non-absorbent litter? You just put a little in a clean box, then you have a clean(er) easier to test sample of urine.
I hope kitty keeps feeling better. 😊
