If I strongly suspect this existence of mine here is a dream or some type of a simulation or virtual reality and that there's a good chance everyone is not real then does that mean I have Schizophrenia?

I think a lot of people believe we could be living in a simulation of some sort but I’d say with sz and psychosis it’s not that you suspect things, you know them to be fact without evidence....

You can't hide truth forever. That's why science is a success. Also you can't avoid the law of cause & effect. So be good!

Thought is free! If all thoughts conform to the standard, then science and art will disappear. Therefore, the main criterion of schizophrenia is not what you think and feel, but what you do and say.
