I've been feeling pretty good since I've been remembering my AD. Fiance has noticed and even has been happier himself cuz he said I'm happy. When I'm happy hes happy.

I called one more time that place about my job interview. They didnt answer. Hopefully they call back.

Good morning. The heart balloon spleen thing stopped. I'm sure that it's my vape in combination with my meds. So I'm not going to vape as much.

Saw the pdoc.

Worried about gaining weight from a med increase. Guess being stable is more important right now, I'll just do the best I can with healthy eating and exercise

I feel mentally irritated. Benzos dont help with agitation. I was prescribed clonazepam for agitation when I was 16. Didn't work so I was like "oh well so I'll take a couple"..
With irritation, the brain mentally registers it as pain. So maybe opioids would help with irritation? Kratom? I should have brought some kratom capsules with me on the road trip.. |
