Ive been really tired too. taking naps every day. It's better than being up for 4 days with a total of 7 hours of sleep , but I still like look tired

I had a good day.

We went to gamestop, rue 21, and a Christian bookstore. We came home and chilled and made tacos and I did some self care by putting a mask on my face tut o clean it.

Now I'm tired.

The candy comes tomorrow lol

How's it going Newt? Did you catch a break from negative emotions today? I'm getting off my Seroquel because it numbs me a bit more than usual. It's going to take a long time to slowly wean off it.

I'm now on triliptal (spelling?) I just need to pick it up at the pharmacy. I hope it doesn't give me urinary retention like Lamictal did. I hope that's not too personal. If it does then Im going to give Depakote a try, all this so I can go to sleep.

Work sort of sucked the past couple days. I had to spend 8 hours climbing steep roofs. One of the window washers looked over me scaling them and made eye contact and said, "I know how it feels, man." lol fml I told my boss that I wont get the last peak and then he tells me how to do it, which meant I had to do it. I wish we could share the difficult parts, just spread them out more democratically, but no one else feels the pressure like I do, and I try and be the nice guy, and end up having to do all of it.

Newt, have you seen the matrix? Remember when Morpheus gives Neo the choice between the blue and red pill? I've been thinking about Genesis 3:5 lately and realized that when the serpent offers the fruit to Eve and says, "Ye will be like God, knowing Good and Evil." That was the point where Even took the red pill and discovered another level of humanity, raising her consciousness. I thought that was pretty cool...

Hey I'm on 1200 mg of Trileptal, I've been on it for years and it really helps me. Plus it's weight neutral, I had switched from Depakote to it because I had gained quite a bit of weight from Depakote which I lost after switching, I hope it helps you
