No I read about it in psychiatric times like two years ago, even bought some but was afraid to try because it also increases energy, was afraid of mania.....

It didnt for me. I mean maybe the first time I took it but then after that, taking it everyday, my body got used to it quick.

Noopept
KSM-66
Phenibut
Huperzine A
Phenylpiracetam
Piracetam
Oxiracetam

Theses are the supplements I put in my cart a few days ago. KSM-66 is "Premium Grade Ashwagandha (KSM-66) – Certified Organic and Non-GMO – 5% Withanolides".

There's two other types of ashwagandha..

There's just so many things I can buy and that's why I was saying to do my research.. lots of research...

I see my doctor today. I'll tell him that my spine feels better so I don't need any toradol pills. I'll need more atenolols tho.

Also I'll tell him about my lack of energy etc and see what he does.

I should have just taken one ativan and not the xanax too cuz I immediately felt no energy and just went to bed, started thought hallucinating and went to sleep.

But I was so scared I felt like taking more but didn't need more. I just needed one.

Now I kinda have a hangover.

And I want a smoke..

Got prescribed doxepin for sleep since I've been having trouble sleeping. They're worried it's gonna trigger a manic episode if I keep having 3 hour nights.

It sounds like you need Cogentin asap to relieve your akathisia. It works very fast, like the next day. I think it's caused when meds block dopamine, so you have to take Cogentin, which is a Parkinson's drug that helps with it. I take it not that I'm on Seroquel. I know it's torture.

Life really makes me feel ****ed up. Especially my psych ward experiences. There was a woman and she said I "knew" a little bit.. I know what she meant.. She was in too deep.. She helped me with the things she has said.

I get all these memories that pop in my head of what people say to me. It's crazy stuff.

I'm feeling depressed and all these emotions of sorrenduring into the unknown. Eventually something really bad will happen to me, and I'll go back to that place of the bad trip.. I'll go to the good trip.. running away from the demons.. forever.. then I will become the demons..

I'm glad I don't have as much brain damage as I did. I healed spiritually.

Welp. I tried pot once during work my entire 19year career in painting and drywalling, and I followed that bad experience with, I'll never do it again at work. Still, the guy who refuses to get on roofs, and which I tell him I'll do the 40ft work, he felt it was his duty to joke to my boss that I tried it. The boss told me to stay off the pipe today. I'm contemplating how I should handle this. I think I'll defend myself when that guy is in the room since he told him. That should make it awkward.

Thanks, I'll talk to my doctor about it next time I see them It's weird though because I didn't have that problem before, it was increased over 2 weeks ago to 600 and it's just the past 2 days I've had that problem

Usually meds take 2 weeks to start working, at least for all antipsychotics, ssri's, snri's and some mood stabilizers (not lithium). Tweaky probably knows more about it than I do. I've had it a few times, id have it now if I wasn't taking Cogentin to block it.

If you call your doctor's office and tell them you are experiencing it they might just write a script for you since it's jjust a side effect pill that often occurs.

Yesterday was hard. My ex, his mom, and me went the the funeral. It was over 2 maybe 3 hour service of singing and praising god. I'm not a Christian but it was a beautiful service. Told my ex that I didn't want to go home right away so we stopped and got something to eat. I've been asleep all day today struggling to find a purpose on staying up. Probably a mixture of meds and grief. Hopefully this year would get better. At least my friend isn't in pain anymore.

Welp.. Feel a bit depressed. My aunt talked to me on messenger about my concerning post on facebook. I talked to her about things. She asked me things that made me laugh recently. Many things. She posted videos with my uncle, brother and two cousins laughing playing a game at the bar.

So I'm thankful for my family at least. And I need to lighten up I say to myself. I just get caught in my own head. And my own head is very depressing and dark and trippy af.

I really need to lighten up and laugh more.. funny things help me.. Just the bad trip psilocybin overdose really really messed me up to this day..
