Me too Roll Call 150
I think I’m going to close my eyes for a few before working. I’m off today. Feeling sad for no real reason. Been on the verge of tears since I got up. And my neck is killing me like wow!

My daughter just got up and exclaimed “there’s nothing to eat”...
Ummm I have 6 boxes of cereal, a loaf of white bread, a loaf of cinnamon bread, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, granola, and a ton of fresh fruit. Like seriously kid?
I got my son up at 7:30, 7:45, and finally 8! He jumped out of bed pissed off Roll Call 150 because I didn’t wake him.
I cannot win today Roll Call 150

I bought it off Amazon. The title is

If my dad wasn't "mad" at me maybe I would of been able to have my sister over when I needed her...

Popped a couple Flexeril. Hope it helps. I’m hurting.
I absolutely have to work today...I’ve pretty much blown it off for 2 days.
I also have to go to the pedi for a copy of my daughters physical for camp next week. And then to the school.
I don’t have the energy for any of it.

Fell asleep around 130am, got up around 8am. 6 and a half hours of sleep is less than I usually get, but much better than nothing.

I'm starting to wonder if I'm lactose intolerant. I've never had problems with dairy before until this past year though

I have silent GERD from all the years of the ED so I don't know if that has something to do with it or not

A few years back I suddenly developed lactose intolerance out of nowhere, and a couple years ago because my mother was found to be gluten sensitive I got tested as well and turned out I had celiac. A few months after stopped gluten my lactose intolerance went away.

So you never know you could always get a blood test for gluten intolerance just in case.

I'm slight intolerant to lactose. Now that you say it bb, it could be from the abuse of my system over the years...

Two weeks from today I discharge from PHP.

My schedule is going only monday and friday these next two weeks. I'll have to manage my time off (without a structure) well.

Yeah it's frustrating. But at least I can continue getting the medication samples, my doctor doesn't want to change it because I'm doing so well and it's not worth messing up my stability

Dude, that sucks. I'm glad you can get samples, but healthcare really stinks sometimes. Then when you do get a halfway decent plan it changes. I'm worried because my company got bought out by a bigger company and we are allowed to keep our healthcare until December (and I really like this HMO that I'm on, it's really good compared to the others) and I'm scared I'm going to end up on a crap plan.
