My hands have been shaking. I think it's the geodon.

Hoping to stay up late tonight, I'm tired of being asleep for most of my day.

I don't know what to do about this appetite problem, I'm constantly hungry physically, it's not even craving anything specific just always feeling physically hungry. It's got to be the thorazine, I doubt it's the abilify

I actually think it’s more likely to be the abilify....They initially thought it was weight neutral but later found out it wasn’t....

Oh okay, I didn't know that. I'm not sure what to do about it. I'm eating healthy when I do eat but it's hard to get rid of the feeling of hunger

For me I fill the void with kinda bulk volume stuff like veggies but what can I say I usually just eat and that’s why I’m fat now.

Why is my anhedonia gone in my dreams???
I do such cool things in my dreams, go to all these magical places, watch cool movies and just chill. Right before I woke up just now, I was watching porn in my dreams. Then I had sleep paralysis. I was like "When I wake up, I'm going to watch porn!". Then when I woke up, I could only dream of watching porn.. Literally! Like why would I do that??? Why would I do anything? This isn't fair. How do I fix this. |

I guess it's sort of a tradeoff, I mean I'm really stable now so it's not worth messing with but I'm gonna try to eat well most of the time and exercise when I can, I'll probably not be the size I wish I'd be but the benefits of the meds outweigh that one negative side effect I guess. I've been maintaining around 163lbs, I don't see myself getting back down to 135 but that's alright

Maybe nibble and graze throughout the day/night on veggie sticks and hummus? That's low fat. If I were doing my own food, I'd have better suggestions. Actually I wish I had that here, it sounds really good. Maybe laughing cow soft cheese on a few crackers or piece of toast, but that requires good self control that you'll only eat one wedge per day. Along the same lines, nut butter on crackers or toast. The reason I'm suggesting these mini meals is to try to avoid total binges on junk food but still satisfy the continual hunger with healthyish snacks.

I'm hungry too. I eat too much candy, I should cut way back. But I have anxiety here and boredom and candy helps.
On the positive side, I got my meds including my inhaler! My friend's friend called this morning to the nurse supervisor and I got my meds!!! I'm wondering who lied and said I got them last night. Whoever it is they should be sent to jail for six months at least.
Possible trigger:

I dissociated bad this morning and didn't get to group on time and the T couldn't get ahold of me at all. He called in a welfare check on me. I was basically coming out of dissociation with a cop in front of me, that was fun... /sarcasm.
