Six months ago I was fine and living a normal life. Then a few months ago I started feeling different. I thought it was just stress due to some things going on at the time. Everyday it's a struggle with anxiety, depressed mood, and fatigue. At night when I try to sleep I'm getting closed eye visualizations and I'll hear sounds. Sometimes when I'm waking up I'll hear the same thing. I've heard about hypnogogic hallucinations, but this is happening just about every day. I've tried some of the online mental health tests. My results aren't showing that I'm schizophrenic right now. If things don't improve soon I'm going to have to go talk to someone about it.
