itss till happening. happened in t today and he kept telling me it wasn't real and it stopped eventually. he got all "safety plan" on me. -sigh- I didn't tell him im having si but I guess he senses it. im safe. just bad thoughts I don't have to listen to. he suggested that I call my pdoc if it gets worse. I went ahead and called him because I don't wanna get worse. he upped my Latuda to 60 mg twice a day now instead of 40.

I am on lithium, Depakote, Thorazine, and Abilify, among others, and I still get this regularly. Regularly. So, you are not alone. Maybe just try to remind yourself when it happens that it's just your brain playing tricks on you, it's your illness, again, and that it won't be constant and permanent. It will stop. Noone is going to hurt you. Etc. That's what I've been doing, anyhow, and it seem to comfort me in the moment. I hope you feel better soon.
