The nutrition class went well. She made jambalaya but with ground turkey instead, it was pretty good. We talked about price vs unit price and budgeting, getting fruits and vegetables that are in season (she gave us a chart of that). Plus she gave us each a couple canvas totes since stores will no longer be using plastic bags here in NY beginning in March. Met a few more of the tenants here, they seem really nice.

I'm excited for lunch today. It's a sandwich, as usual, but it's from Subway. Usually I just make one at home but I had Subway last night so I just ordered an additional six inch sandwich for today's lunch (since I wanted a different kind than last night).

Bf is doing better but thinking about resigning current job....I think it’s risky but he’s using all his vacation days being sick so won’t be able to interview.....I told him to line up some interviews first.

I found 6 jobs that I can apply to. I'll apply for them tomorrow.

I had a good appointment with my therapist. She says that I think really fast because there's a lot on my mind cuz right now I don't feel focused. Maybe weed will help.

I'm doing a 3 day water fast..

My appointment with my psychiatrist went well. She is tapering me off abilify to start vraylar again and also tapering me off paxil and onto zoloft

Nice i was supposed to see the pdoc tomorrow but she’s got the flu or something....it will be a month and a half until I see her, it’s a good thing that I’m not sick these days.

Tapering off two medications at once then getting onto two others is complicated, I'm going to have to be careful to not mess up the different dosages. My doctor recommended going to the hospital so they could get me switched over and stabilized there since it would be easier but I didn't want to so I just promised to call if I have any issues

Medications, Blue Bird! Medications!

My therapist said that my psychiatrist isn't seeing patients through teleconferencing anymore. She was my psychiatrist from the psych ward..

So I'm gonna have to get a new psychiatrist. I'm just gonna talk to her one last time to make sure that my meds stay the same. My meds are perfect right now and I dont need them to change.

Also, my therapist said that I don't seem like the type of person that was ever depressed. It's crazy what psychedelics can do...

My doctor keeps trying to get me on the scale to see my weight and I keep refusing to, I know what my weight is and I tell her what it is each appointment but she always asks, today I said I finally lost weight because I was glad about it and she said yeah and that it worries her. Maybe it's because of my history with bulimia? I still deal with thoughts of wanting to restrict every day but I usually am able to overcome them. I just feel awkward about standing on a scale and anyone seeing my weight

I got my taxes done and with my refund from Federal, I should be able to pay both the hospital bills. What worries me is that my insurance has not approved the ambulance bill yet. I hope I don't get stuck paying $4,000.00 for an ambulance to take me to a hospital from another hospital that I didn't even want to go to in the first place! I definitely didn't get a big enough tax refund for that!!! I gotta go after work tomorrow and sign my taxes and pay my tax lady. Then wait for the refund. Hopefully it's two weeks, or less. That would be perfect. I've already made two payments on one hospital bill--the psych hospital, and one payment on the ER hospital bill. I still need to pay the ambulance whenever I get that bill, take my kitty to the vet for a checkup--Esther, the one with diabetes, and get tires. I hope I can stretch my tax refund that far. If not, I may have to ask my Dad for help.

It depends on what an eating disorder can be considered as. I'm going out to dinner this evening with people so I stopped the 3 day water fast.. I used to be underweight but it was by accident! The Concerta!

As long as it's healthy like keto (Proven to be how we should eat.. not.. like pastaroni..) and not throwing up.. which is hard to hear.. But that's how it is.. there"s a real disease that involves actions and moving the body and environment..

I'd say trust your doctor. He/she knows best..

Luckily my pdoc doesn’t have a scale....

Saw my doctor on Monday and my therapist today. I’m excited about things. I might have been a little hypomanic but I’ve been good. Just excited about life and new opportunities.

Trying out EMDR with my therapist. It was interesting. Just started going through it. Kind of weird. Trying it see what happens.

Otherwise things are going well.
