I was watching the clip of Bruce Almighty of the butt monkey and I heard “are you ready for a can of whoop ***..which triggered a negative tactile. The scene reminds me of rape that gave me ptsd when my family didn’t believe my story. It punishes me for their non belief because my mind can’t stand that they don’t trust me...or I guess I’m punishing myself because I can’t let it go..so leaves me really really unbalanced even if I Know It happened. |
