My chest has been hurting. I think partially from my costocondritis in my chest. From stress.

I ate but now I feel nauseous. I ate a lot tho and I wasn’t hungry but my body needed food. I notice I have so many bodily aches and pains all the time now.

I've drank a lot of iced tea today (unsweetened). I want more. But I don't want to deplete my stash in the fridge at work. IDK, it just tastes good today. I am also eating honey nut cheerios dry. In other news, it is raining here right now. This is news not because I pronounce it thus but because I live in the desert, so rain is news! It is not heavy at the moment but it is consistent. But what concerns me is there is alerts of flash flooding! I hate that! My commute is--get this--less than 5 minutes, but, the road that I drive on does tend to flood. EEK!

I took a little money out of my investments which I will put into savings just in case. I don't feel secure not having a little bit more in savings than I do (my hospitalization ate up my savings and my tax refund). I know we are supposed to get that government stimulus in a couple weeks but I'm just concerned, especially going from 40 hours a week to 24 hours a week. That's tough! Hopefully I get unemployment benefits for the lost time, it won't be everything but it would help. Then hopefully my work gets approved for work sharing and we can move to that because it is a better program.

Talked to my therapist on the phone. I don't have a psychiatrist anymore during these time just my doctor - He's keeping me pretty stable.
I'm on; Invega Sustenna 150mg every 4 weeks Vyvanse 40mg every morning Atenolol 50mg every 12 hours Zopiclone 7.5mg every night That's it?? I'm stable on these! 4 meds.. + One coffee every morning, a bit of phenibut and alprazolam.. That's it. I said I'm keeping quite stable even though it's a struggle, doing things but taking care of my mental health. She said it's ok to just watch netflix all day it doesn't matter. I told her I had a mental breakdown but she laughed when I said that I always feel better after I have one so that's good. Things are good.. and bad.. But good bad and bad good. I hope you come out OK @12AM... |

I’m trying really hard to get back to eating healthy. For me that means the first phase in trying is NOT eating takeout/delivery. No more pizza, no more greasy fast food. Eating healthy for me is always taken in small steps/phases.

My mom doesn't want me going to the doctors office because I there's 7 people in this town that have coronavirus. That's 10x more than the average population.
I'll have to get a refill of vyvanse, atenolol and zopiclone within 20 days by phone. There's nothing wrong with me physically or mentally so it should be ok. |

Negative: Sometimes I wonder if my anhedonia is getting progressively worse, as I catch myself in a silent room with no music on, or lose interest in audiobooks, or I become more and more of a recluse. Regardless, I have to keep trying to attach myself to art and people.
Positive: I got some extra cash from amazon today from my books. That' was quite the surprise, especially since I published my short story for others to read for free. Only 20 people have read it on that site so far. I'm still trucking along with Westworld on HBO Now. On season 3 now. It reminds me of Battlestar Galactica, I can't say if it's better or worse yet. But it's good. |
