When I get physical /tactile hallucinations I need to cause more tactile stimulation to overwhelm the sensation. Find something that feels unique but won’t hurt you, a brush, a dish pad, or special things made for tactile stimulation you can get for like autism. These can be like glove format. Gently run the object over parts of your body. you don’t want to cause pain, just sensation. If you get actual sensation it can overload your senses so the fake info can’t get in, that sense just gets overwhelmed.
