So just when my mom is finally in remission, now she’s got a weak heart Roll Call 166! I’m not sure exactly what that means or what she can do about it....they’re going to run more tests next month I guess but it’s pretty scary to me....

HUGS SP!!! That seems very scary. I hope the tests can tell you guys more of what is going on. Prayers for your Mom if that's okay.

This anxiety is kicking my butt today. I texted a friend and my Pastor's wife. Pastor's wife texted back. She said something like, "This is me telling you that you are okay. And I love you for being real in this life." There was more to the text but that part stood out to me. I'm debating about whether to take more anxiety medication or just trying to do more mindful breathing and chair yoga and stuff like that.

Yeah luckily she’s off chemo now because that will add to it. Prayers are always welcome.

Aargh. Anxiety still not under control. I'm rocking, trying to do self soothing stuff and it's like the anxiety is just sky rocketing. Breathing. Breathing. Yoga. Breathing. Meditating. Still anxiety reigns. Not sure what else to do. Sigh.

Are you breathing into your belly?

Yes, I am. Except when I'm doing yoga, then it's a lighter breathing. I think it's just that I'm on just this side of a panic attack.

A walk would probably be helpful but I'm at work so it's not really practical right now.

What are your thoughts like...could you be amplifying it with negative thinking?

Y’all remember when my back would hurt for years when I’d wake up, when I was living with my dad?

Ever since we’ve had this Purple brand mattress, my back feels like a newborn babies back every morning (assuming theirs doesnt hurt after being born). I sleep so incredibly good too every night. My back was hurting every morning for 10 years!!! What a relief. Now it just hurts due to posture.

This bed is seriously the best investment we’ve ever made. Even tho it’s on credit I don’t regret it!

I’ve just got an ikea mattress but I think the key is the correct firmness not the brand.....

Yeah, I'm stressing out over losing some support people and I'm scared of relapsing but to the point where I feel like relapsing just to get it out of the way. So many people are proud of me and happy for me right now and it's putting so much pressure on me and I want the pressure to go away.

It’s not specifically the brand I mean. Purple doesn’t use foam or springs or any of that typical stuff for bedding.
