Yes, I got a shower this morning. I usually shower at night on Wednesdays but I was up early and my hair was bugging me so I just got it out of the way.

I showered on Wednesday my usual ritual. So I’m clean for the weekend until Sunday then I’ll shower again! Clean soul, dirty mind

I showered yesterday. Not today. We had a flex alert last night (we've been having them every night for over a week) and the power company turned off our A/C which they can do in a flex alert. So I got a shower to cool off.

Okay i did not log my last shower. But todays was awesome! I wasnt at all exhausted afterward, so either i am getting healthier, or all i had for breakfast was coffee and that made it easier for me, or its because i stopped my psych meds a week ago or so (after being on them for twenty years straight. I think i outgrew them age-wise. Like heart-wise.). Or im just not as dirty as i usually am!
