Yes I did. Got a shower before work this morning because I have therapy tonight and I wasn't sure if I would be up to it afterward but I needed to get a shower.

I needed to this morning but I was awake at 2 AM and then fell back asleep around 4 or 430 and I let myself sleep until 530 so then I didn't have enough time to get my shower before work. So....I will get it after work today, in the afternoon.

Probably tonight. Usually I would wait until Wednesday night but tomorrow is my Dad's birthday. Plus my GP who I have an appointment with tomorrow has a sign in her office that says "Please shower before your appointment." I think that's strange and a little rude but whatever.
