I personally find it a personal victory when I get a shower. I usually can manage to every other day but sometimes it is every third day.

Nope. I have not showered in eight days. I have no motivation it feels like so much work to just take a shower.
I’m trying to work up the nerve. I have to have one for sure on the 17th-19th because I have to be out in public but otherwise I’m just... not into it. It’s gross, I know. |

Yeah I did this morning. I'm having the thought that I should shower every morning before I do anything else. I have been having some coffee, journaling, and then taking a shower. It's working decently.
