did what I should have done wednesday, sorted myself out- I couldn't go around smelling like that anymore, so showered, put perfume on, clean clothes, did my nails, basically made myself look (and smell) a bit more presentible

plus: I am going to mcdonalds drive through this afternoon and I don't want to stink out my friends car. lol

I walked outside and up the stairs. I dressed nicely today. I feel great. I am wearing my glasses but still feel fine. I take a shower at night. I also put on my makeup daily. I sleep a lot too.
I eat rather healthy.

I am trying to look better and will wear contacts tomorrow again.

I dressed nicely today. I put on my contacts and makeup. I walked a bit outside. I also am eating salads although I ate an ice cream bar. I feel great! I take showers daily at night. Also, yesterday, I cleaned my apartment- vacuumed, threw out the trash, did my laundry. I feel awesome! I thank God for my blessings and am grateful for my freedom.I also am taking my medication each morning. It has made a big difference. I am sleepy though most of the time. But,I manage some how.

I showered today, or at least half a shower- it was very painful, so didn't make too much of an effert (because I just wanted the pain to stop)

I put clean clothes on (obviously), and I ate a healthy fruit salad for breakfast
