I am taking showers at night, waking up early to put on my contacts and makeup, and wearing nice clothes daily. I feel ok but am tired. Life is ok. My apartment is not in bad shape because I clean it once a week. I am doing better with a routine than I was without one. I think working and having a routine are good for my stability. Finally, I am taking my medication daily which is the most important thing I am doing for my sanity.

I gave up my regular morning decaf mocha and poppyseed muffin as I can't financially afford it and well those extra calories helped me gain a COVID-25 pounds since March. I bought a cheap Mr. Coffee maker and eat the same breakfast every morning which is filling; 1 cup of decaf coffee, 1 poached egg (it has LESS calories than scrambled or fried!!) over 1 piece of toast with avocado spread on it.

I also spent $150 on plants since my place is just too small for a cat (even elderly cat). And, my bird feeder station (so far, the mgmt. company of my apt bldg. hasn't sent me a letter to disassemble it).

I also haven't thought about SI since March when I was ready to drink a bottle of Benadryl. I don't need antidepressants and am doing remote counseling b/c the isolation of the pandemic is really challenging.

I put on perfume and treated myself to breakfast out. I wanted coffee out but the coffee place wasn't open.

I took 2 walks today, and bought myself an iTunes card, a coloring book and some colored pencils since coloring relaxes me.
