Did some DBT skills workbook stuff. Like cue-controlled relaxation and safe place visualization. It was helpful.

Just realized it's not being self-indulgent to exercise every day. It's actually really helpful to my mental health.

Well I slept in my clothes that I'm now wearing, I didn't shower, but I did put on perfume. And I'm drinking Iced Tea--unsweetened. I have a headache (migraine) so the caffeine should help.

I've never done this (slept in my clothes)

I imagine, (at least with the stuff I wear), it would be very, very hot

I slept in my jeans, short sleeve T shirt and long sleeve T shirt, socks, undies etc. Then I got up, brushed my hair and teeth and went to work. Hopefully no one notices that I'm wearing the exact same thing as yesterday.

Drank plenty of fluids today. It is 102 degrees right now. And muggy.

Sleep well, eat well, work hard, and relax! I am doing ok. I take my medication daily also. I believe this has helped me tremendously.
