Exactly why I take one every other day. Everyday dries out my skin so badly. Like it’s extreme dry skin.

Mine too...My trick is not to use soap except on the high smell areas otherwise it’s intolerable.....

Man I have been such a whiner this week.....I think it’s mainly knowing I have to drive....usually it’s not a problem once I’m in the car

but the anticipation is so horrible.

I have a little notecard in my car that says something like you can have anxiety and do it anyway.....

It just sucks I remember when I loved driving....it’s just the traffic is so horrible here I can’t ever drive freely.

I usually go every other day too with showering. My hair probably could use every day but I HATE washing my hair. But my skin gets dry and itchy if I shower every day. I've been using body butter from some company, I forget which, the Body Shop? Something like that. My friend sells it. I got the strawberry flavored one. It does smell amazing.

Ok so new mantra...it’s ok not to drive all the time but there are certain occasions where it must be done out of love

. Somehow thinking about love rather than the actual act of driving is helping....

I am exceedingly bored. All my attempts to do hobbies failed. Maybe I need better hobbies. I think part of the problem is I feel life lacks meaning right now.

Ukulele.....trust me....possibly the most upbeat instrument there is and relatively easy to learn.

Question though, do you think you’re in a depression? If so....find that pick three explanation I gave last night and try to do three different things for three senses all at once. It can really help bring you out of a funk.
