Feeling not too bad this morning so far. Maybe today will be a bit better. Hope so. Really not ready for another big depression here, but I have done it before--many, many times.

Hope everyone has a good day!!

I was telling fiancé, black women have a wash day. Every black women do. For their hair I mean. Where they have a day of the week or month where they wasn’t their hair. I do mine monthly personally.

We have this day because it can take 2 people to help work on hair and what not. Especially if you need it braided or something.

I just wash my hair once a month because it’s extremely dry and fragile. I am mixed, so my hair is not kinky, but it is curly still. But I just straighten my hair. The straightening takes an hour maybe more. Some black women braid their hair and wear a wig or a front lace on their head. Most, I mean, do. I just have my natural hair cuz it’s easy to take care of cuz I’m mixed.

Question though, do you think you’re in a depression? If so....find that pick three explanation I gave last night and try to do three different things for three senses all at once. It can really help bring you out of a funk.

Yeah for sure depressed.

I don't know what it is.

I was fine with quarantine and social distancing for a while -- for a while I just read and made progress on things, but now I am hitting a wall...

Sounds like you need to expand your horizons....find something you’ve never done but always wanted to do and can still do from home. Like I found this fun cycling program that’s like you’re riding a bike with a little techno you can use it along with a stationary bike and it feels in a way like you’re actually riding a bike.

Also have you added that vitamin D? It can really help.

Yeah I forgot about vitamin D for like a week but I started taking it again today.

Thanks. I just went for a walk outside and that somewhat cheered me up.

Cuz you think it’s gonna be like old VR and you only see the front screen. But somehow the whole inside of the headset transforms into another world. Not just in front of you but behind u and on the sides. And me even below and above u. It’s INSANE.

Found the last season of one of my favorite shows of all time, 24, that I had missed somehow and now binge-watching it. Fun for me. I love thrillers and spy stuff, which is kind of odd, since I have so much paranoia and psychosis at times...

Charging it cuz it only came halfway charged but it’s still at 49 percent.

But anyway! I’m going to open mic night in one of the VR worlds. Probably next week lmao. Gonna do some poetry.
