I wonder if it was the coffee and I didn’t even drink it all. I feel chills but they aren’t like chills they are like spikes of adrenaline rushing through my body. And I feel nauseous and sleepy. I’m pretty sure it’s the coffee

Today I take 100mg of clozapine, took 50mg this morning and I got tired and dizzy. Still kinda annoying to stand up

My sister went horseback riding yesterday so she showed me some pictures of that which was cool. She used to have a horse a long time ago.

The invega im on right now seems to be bad for my kidneys. Not sure what I'm going to do. I had coffee cake and energy drink for breakfast. Did some laundry, going swimming. Shrimp and steak for dinner.

One of the people in the next room is getting distance visitors. Like 6 or 7 people outside my window and right outside hers. I wonder if she can open her window. She must otherwise why would a dozen people show up at her window.
