I can’t remember exactly what it said but it made a hint that I would be prone to mood disorders.

I have to use mindfulness and coping statements to get through it. I have klonopin but I'd like to avoid taking it since I took some the other day.

I might need to cut back on caffeine or eliminate it entirely. I’m sure the 9 cups of coffee I had today aren’t helping matters.

Probably not.....for me anything more than a cup for me leads to anxiety and anxiety for me is like baby paranoia......

I have brain damage too...from a virus when I was 12. And I assume from the bp or meds as well....
