It’s berry season....sooo
Berry yoghurt bake - Recipes - delicious.com.au This is actually really good. I know it doesn’t sound special but it’s kind like a version of a claufouti but with yogurt and berries and has that same ease. __________________ Hugs! |

Linguine and white clam sauce:
-Linguine -Bumblebee baby clams (1 can) -Snow's clam juice (whole bottle) -Garlic (1 Tablespoon) -Red pepper flakes (however much you want) -2 TBSP Olive oil -Oregano (1 TSP) -Lemon Juice (1 lemon) -pad of butter -1/2 bunch of fresh chopped parsley -Salt .Saute garlic, red pepper flakes, and oregano in olive oil .Drain clam juice from clams into pan .Add lemon juice, butter, clam juice, and salt .Add clams at last minute .Salt to taste, add TSP of flour or cornstarch to thicken .Serve over hot linguine You can use the lemon juice in the bottles if you want and also can use the minced garlic in a jar if you can't get fresh. Parmesan cheese goes good on this too. __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi
