I had a total about-face and realized my current therapist is the problem. She keeps pushing me towards finding a new psychiatrist. I don't know what to do now. I am honestly all over the place and I don't know what the heck to do. I honestly don't know if my current therapist is the problem, actually. I just think that might be the case. But I just want to give it more time, you know? We've only been meeting for a couple weeks or so. I know no one can have complete objectivity, but I'd like to have some objectivity with my decisions. Is that too much to ask?

My roommate just shook my hand again (in the middle of a pandemic, way to earn my disgust) and informed me that she likes to have the heat on for some reason or other.

This seems to be a way for people to impose themselves on others. My last roommate from last week also wouldn't allow the AC on. I was very glad to lose her. But now I have another just like her.

She turned the ****ing heat on, no matter how I want the temp cool in summer, what I want doesn't matter. Not even an offer to compromise. I'm not sure what to do. The SW is on vacation until Monday.

The first two nights in this room were so hot it was miserable.

Did nothing today except play animal crossing, read, watch YouTube videos. My therapist cancelling kind of threw me off for the day. I try to stick to my plans and when there's a sudden change it always throws me off.

Tomorrow I'm going to the dollar store to get a few things I need. I feel really good. I think my meds are helping. Because like a week ago all I was doing was not getting out of bed all day, hearing voices and sounds, and being paranoid.
