So she just sits and plays video games all day. Looks at her phone. We pay for her stuff. We pay all the bills. She doesn’t even look for a job she could work at. If we try to talk to her about it it becomes an argument.

Money is getting tight. I’m helping out as much as I can. I considered getting a second job to help out, and she’s not even looking for a first job.

I just can’t stand it. It just annoys the hell outta me.

Sigh. I gotta go run some errands and then study.
Why are you supporting her?

She’s got no where else to go and she’s got like ADHD and depression as well as fibromyalgia so she can’t work retail anymore. She was supposed to do all these things sooner but she just keeps putting it off. We can’t just kick her out on her own.

You are very kind. I supported a brother and sister in law and kids for awhile. I get it.

My brother in law is in the hospital. My sister said he was having weird effects that seemed like a traumatic brain injury so (he was in the marines and did EOD or whatever working with explosives for 25 years, and in combat) his buddy that was overseas with him had a TBI so he's being tested for that I guess now

My mother is a bit worried I might try to overextend myself.

School and work I can balance. I just don’t know about learning for fun, or learning new skills.

I feel maybe I’ve been a bit hypo getting so excited and wanting to do everything.

Gotta stay balanced. Gotta keep myself balanced.

I’m good just gotta not do too much.

This is basically what happened to me years ago....it’s like for me the work induced some hypo which isn’t bad but eventually it broke into full mania....it’s really hard not to push because it feels positive and good.

Yeah as long as I don’t go any bigger than I am I should be okay. I’m pretty balanced normally I just don’t want to go down at all.

It’s doable if you don’t overextend....problem is when people outside yourself start laying down deadlines that aren’t realistic....

I definitely have overextended myself currently.

-2 or 3 volunteering positions right now. Or 3 possible ones but 2 right now, at the moment.

-looking for a job

-working on a book (a third one, while finishing revising the second)

-various small business deals I’m doing for my career. I also get a bit of offers every other day. Have to weed through those to get to a legitimate one.

-maintaining my 10 or 15 profiles for my career across 1 sites

-applying to/taking on another monetizing position with a serial fiction app. If I get chosen.

All while looking for a house that’ll last me the next 15 or so years. Going to see them in person, filling out loans, working with contractors and contracts for the house.

And my many doctor appts!

Roll call 171Roll call 171Roll call 171

I’m working with like the loan and house people. PLUS 3 different contractors for electrical company, water company, and septic company. That’s like 4 or 5 different companies I’m working with, with the house stuff alone.
