I’m selling my Xbox. I never ever play it and I just, for some reason, can’t get into it. But the switch i play so much and pc now, and now VR. Idk why I can’t get into Xbox but I never sold it for fear of video game FOMO and cuz now my fiancé is a gamer.

I wish I became hypomanic naturally instead of just depressed. I need chems to do it and most times it's a hit and miss. Ketamine works but there's a chance that it could give me derealization which I hate.

I had the most psychotic dreams last night. I think I might have actually been psychotic last night.

Anyways time to go to work..

Work has been keeping me busy so I cut the phenibut down to half. No benzos needed either. Just 2.5mg of diazepam.

I’m so beyond tired. I fell asleep at 2am and then woke up at 5am and fell asleep on the big circle chair in the game room and woke up at 7am. Idk why I fight sleep so much, but I do. Like it’s a natural instinct to. Like I have life FOMO.

I put all the stuff in the crockpot for the hamburger hash recipe. It's cooking now. I had an issue with the 2nd can of condensed mushroom soup. The pop off lid broke off of it and my can opener wouldn't open it. I don't have a knife strong enough to bust it open so I had to replace the 2nd can with some plain yogurt. It should take on the flavor of the other can of mushroom soup, meat, cheese, potatoes, onions and garlic powder once it's cooked, so I hope that will be alright and not turn out horrible or something. I didn't know what to do cause I didn't want to waste everything I put together .
