Anyway, I plan on walking more now that I have that water bottle. It actually wasn't so bad today walking to the library even though it's a long walk, I did better than I thought I'd do. It helped that it was cloudy and windy so I didn't have the sun glaring down at me. And as soon as I get my smart watch I'll be able to count my steps again.

my iphone has an app built in that tracks steps

Yeah mine does too but I prefer to have something specific for tracking it that I can wear and not have to pull out my iphone to look at, plus my phone dies very quickly

The other book I'm reading talks about duality and opposites etc which is triggering as well. I already know this.

I'll give it a break and do something else or find another book.

I am going to be more assertive with my psychiatrist when we meet next. I need to tell him I have serious concerns about the meds he has me taking.

My mom is drunk again, texting to men to have a relationship with. I'm in my room with the door closed. I can't go anywhere else in the house because of her drama and toxicity.

I specifically told her not to get too drunk that I have to take care of her but last time she said "I might do it anyways".

I just want a place to be without this drama with peace. My sisters friends are being sold drugs.

It's ****ing annoying. All this drama.
