Yeah I shouldn't have drank that alcoholic beverage last night. I felt nice but then got depersonalization and couldn't process anything as fast as I normally could (It was more like 10% cognition). Which is scary.. cuz I could stick that way forever possibly..
I'm good now though. Had a nice sleep - Although found it really hard to wake up. I'm going to a farmers market to look around and buy some stuff cuz my mom wants me to buy some Guatemalan coffee (I'm drinking some right now). I swear that I'm so dependent on coffee now that the Vyvanse barely works for physical tiredness. |

Hey everyone, I am less anxious now. I have been prescribed Xanax XR because my anxiety was so out of control lately. I hope to be more chill as of taking it. Anyway, just thought I'd check in.

I want to make cookies for my sister but I'm not sure what kind to make. I have semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, and Reese's peanut butter chips. Might need to get some different kinds of nuts too.

Something is going on with my health... I'm starting to get very worried. I haven't had a drink 20 a few days, yet i still got a migraine today and the past two ays my mouth is watring like im getting nausoues. I have no idea what is going on.

I'm starting to get over my fear of choking. Using a lot of distractions, diverting my thoughts immediately whenever I start to think about it, put an image of a big stop sign in my mind whenever the thoughts come up

Might see if Family Dollar has any adult coloring books tomorrow while I'm there getting my other stuff. Haven't colored in awhile, used to be a favorite hobby, super relaxing
