They're bringing back all the events in the community room. Cooking class, bingo, comedy night, the Halloween movie day, scavenger hunts in the apartment complex,, and lots of other stuff. I'm excited because there was absolutely nothing going on for the last 6 months.

Took a shower, did some laundry, went through some old paperwork (found out at one point I was dx'd with BPD so that was interesting), "got rid of" the rest of my oxy supply, blocked my ex from my phone, and ate some cake. Good day so far.

Definitely sounds like a good day! BPD isn't so bad... takes therapy to deal with if its causing issues. If its not, then it's a whatever dx.

Hi everyone. Doing okay. Had some bad memories of the hospital on Friday night and over the weekend but they seem to be gone now. That was my 8 month anniversary of the hospital. Hopefully it will get better after I hit my 1 year anniversary in January.

Having a few hallucinations and possibly some delusions. IDK delusions are harder for me to tell but usually when I have thoughts like what I'm having people tell me they're delusions so I think probably it is. It doesn't really help to know that, it just is what it is.

See my T on Saturday so I'll probably talk about some of this stuff with her. It will be 3 weeks since I've seen her. I kind of miss her. But I'm not in crisis so that's good.

Spent the weekend mostly doing Church stuff. And then I read a book on Saturday. Kind of a crappy book but I was able to read! Usually my AP keeps me from reading. So I was pretty excited I read a book cover to cover. It wasn't too long. Maybe like 200 pages. But still. yeah me!

Doing okay mostly. Just chilling. HUGS to everyone! Kit

Yeah, this weekend was an anniversary of something traumatic in my life, too. I won't mention it since it's a trigger warning and I don't like doing those.

Anyway, I got through it fine.

That's great that you were able to read. I love reading so I cannot tolerate when meds make me unable to read. I think my current meds actually make it easier for me to read, funnily enough.

I'm tempted to get some pumpkin donuts. Maybe on the weekend I'll head over and get some. But they have apple cider donuts too. Difficult choice. lol

I kind of want to get back onto a monthly injection and off all my pills. It would just be easier to deal with.

Don't think Thorazine or Trilafon are available in monthly injections, so you'd have to change APs.

Yeah I know, I was thinking abilify or invega. I've been on them in the past. Was on invega sustenna for several years. Might be best to just leave things as they are though. I'm doing really good on the meds I'm on

No I’m just having issues with my mom the past two days and I don’t feel good at all. I feel like I’m gonna have a freaking seizure I’ve never had a seizure before but I get like symptoms that you would get right before you have one and I’m scared I’ll because I’m dealing with my mom and stuff and it’s extremely stressful

Woke up at 9am, went back to sleep. Alarm went off at 10:30am, took vyvanse and atenolol, went back to sleep.

Made a coffee at noon, did chores like cleaning the litter box, taking out the garbage, washing the dishes, had a shower and made my bed.

Played piano for about an hour. I plan to be able to play the whole song that I'm trying to play - So I'll play a little bit every day.

Gonna read until my mom comes home and we might go for a hike. So far I'm ok. I see my doctor tomorrow. I'm just gonna get refills and not talk to him much. I'll try and make an appointment with my therapist tomorrow.

I need to buy a 600 dollar ski pass. Idk where my money went but I only have like that much.
