Last night as I was falling asleep I felt like someone pushed on my side. I've never had that before. I couldn't get back to sleep again. I have times where I feel a little better and then I struggle again. I'm so lost with trying to figure out what's going on.

Have you seen a doctor?

Consider, thinking about securing your bedroom locks and maybe place a small unnoticeable camera to record on random nights, did you eat or drink anything prior to falling asleep. Would it have been a partner or one of your children?

I have heard of cases where voice hearers were being drugged and then assaulted. It does happen!

I went to the ER and my PCP for anxiety and I felt exhausted. My test results came back normal. Then I started getting sleep hallucinations. I went for a mental health assessment and they weren't concerned about it. They mentioned about getting help for stress and anxiety. I'm getting concerned since they're getting more frequent.

Hi, Hope you are doing better, could I ask if this occurs in the same room, could you stay over at a friend or partners home, or change rooms.

Or try sleeping away from any adjacent walls and windows, also try not sleeping upon a coil spring mattresses, this might help if it does please let me know as there are other things you can do to protect yourself.

Take care.

This does sound a little like it might be one of those kooky sleep disorders. There are a whole bunch of them, all with special names. I wonder if a sleep specialist is maybe needed.

Hugs

Do you think you could make an appt with a sleep guru?

I'd probably see my PCP first and see what he says. This all started after some stress and feeling anxious.
