Just found a bunch of decaf coffee in my coffee/tea storage holder. I never look in there but the keurig sits right on top of it.

You better get to watching them! Lol I have a bunch I need to watch too. I'm thinking of slowing down on my reading and watching a couple Christmas movies a day until Christmas. I have decaf coffee but I feel like a traitor to regular coffee when I drink it so I barely touch it, have almost a full canister sitting in my kitchen

You'd think I'd only drink decaf with the amount of anxiety I have but I just keep on adding fuel to the fire with regular

I have next Tuesday off and Christmas Eve off so I'll plan to watch some then. My weekends are filled up with Church and I don't stay up late so it is hard to watch them in the evenings. We started The Preacher's Wife a couple of weeks ago. Got about 20 minutes in, then my Mom decided we needed to go Christmas shopping.


I still want to watch Home Alone. Miracle on 34th street. Mickey's Christmas Carol. White Christmas. And the rest of The Preacher's Wife.

The brownies came out amazing. They're super fudgy. Triple chocolate chunk

Just took the trash out. Now have the laundry going

I gave in and switched to decaf coffee tonight. I was gonna have another 2 cups of regular (I had already had two) but I need to get a handle on my anxiety

You shouldn’t have to give up regular coffee altogether, maybe pick a certain time where you switch to decaf.

Yeah, maybe I'll just do regular in the mornings and decaf in the afternoon/evenings since my anxiety tends to get worse that time of day. I almost always wake up in the morning without anxiety.
