Well I worked with woebot to help calm me down. Did an exercise where you put cold water or ice on your forehead for 20-30 seconds and breathing mindfully. Then used some mindfulness skills

You're gonna become real woke with all of these panic attacks at least ^^

I think I might be dissociating rn - It started since this morning --> Could be the weed..

Don't worry the panic fades once you solve the mind problems..

I'm gonna buy pizza tomorrow. From the pizza place down the road. Take out. 2 slices and a can of Pepsi, and maybe some cheesecake too. Good way to motivate me to walk outside for a little bit. I have to go to the pharmacy anyway tomorrow. And on Wednesday I'll use that bread machine to make a loaf of Italian bread. Nothing better than freshly baked warm Italian bread w/ butter on it

today I had my assessment at partial hospital. My first day is next monday, they said this week the nurse will do all the paperwork for the clozapine stuff.

I felt that way for a few years...then I took fish oil/omega 3 and my mind restored....I wasn’t st the mercy of my adhd or whatever it was.

I still haven’t gotten my period. I have an appointment with the doctor who did my surgery on January 3rd. Guess I’ll just wait until then.

Has any of you tried the program on skillshare? They have lessons for painting. It’s $15 a month and I’m not sure whether I should take it or just find some free tutorials on YouTube 🤔

That's good to know. I wonder if doing the same thing would help me. In taking fish oil. Because the one I take a ton of is called EPA. I don't know but one time one doctor told me that EPA was the good kind of fish oil for mood. Which is counterintuitive because I've also heard that the DHA is also good for your brain. So I think all in all, it's good to have both, but DHA is probably better, in conclusion.
