My brain isn't working. I can't seem to think. At all. Like it's beyond foggy. It's like the blue screen of death on a computer. It's crashed.

Take care of yourself.. Mania crash is like after a good MDMA roll - Need 5-HTP supplements, sleep, healthy food, lots of water, exercise, love, good hygiene/shower/bath, supportive/non-toxic people around you (So you don't feel loneliness).. You take it easy, chill, good music, pets..

Christmas and New Years is a good time to do this. Presents, booze, bright lights, Make some plans.. Write it all down.

The thing you did with your moms side of the family is quite traumatic - Considering how orientated you are with connecting people together etc.. So some could be that..

Our mothers are on the opposite side of each other on the spectrum of toxicity.

I'm going to create a morning routine. Not getting online or on my phone for the 1st hour I'm up. Taking a shower with some bursts of cold water at the end, brush my teeth, make my bed, open the blinds, eat breakfast, take my meds, do some yoga, journal, take a walk, drink water

I put $20 in the card for my family along with the 48 pk of assorted ferrero rocher chocolates. Hopefully they like them. I wasn't sure what to get them.

Tomorrow will be day 1 (Christmas day/25th 2020): First day of 30mg Vyvanse to day 7 (New Years Day/1st 2021): First day of 60mg Vyvanse.

I'm gonna take my stim as prescribed - Because it will be at a good enough dose.

I don't know what 2021 will be like. I know it's weird to symbolize how good things are by how fast the Earth turns and spins around the sun but that's what whole of reality is based on - And it's trippingly meaningful.

My New Years resolution will be to get out of my comfort zone.

Panic attacks are gone!!

I'll trust my psychiatrist for now that my creativity/motivation/inspiration will come back with the prescribed meds. Apart from phenibut, I'm not using any drug. I'll leave the psilocybin in the box and try to take BB's approach on things....

Oh fack I'm so unfocused and spaced out. 30mg of Vyvanse for a week won't be enough - I might just sleep and rest/dream for a week. Ignore me if I complain - But complaining is better than not taking it as prescribed....

I got my gamer mental health kit in the mail today. It has a coloring book, a little journal, this cool fidget toy, a sleep mask, some play doh , a nice pen, some colored pencils and a safety plan

Merry Christmas!

I was feeling terrible this morning still after just 30mg of Vyvanse but drinking a coffee helped.

I was irritable and unfocused while opening presents - My cat peed on the carpet - I didn't know where, and my mom and sister wanted to go skiing. I didn't go cuz I was so agitated and was trying to figure out the instructions to the Dyson fan that my dad bought me.

So I'm just enjoying the day by myself. Took .9g of phenibut which helped with my mood.

Merry Christmas!

Today started out very depressing seeing the videos from our parents houses of everyone there.

Then my mom gave me back the DoorDash card for me and hubby. Then an hour later my dad brought over water and groceries and some ham he cooked. Then 30 min later hubby’s mom said she will be ordering us food for delivery for us. On top of that I’ve been cooking neckbones and beans in the crockpot. Wowwowow.
