I’ve always wanted to say this
But y’all ever notice that when u can’t breathe from anxiety and it feels like your dying and then you take an anti anxiety and it’s like you can breathe again? It’s like the AntiAnxiety pill is an inhaler for anxiety. I always think that when I take it. __________________ "We're all born to broken people on their most honest day of living"

Just did a telemedicine visit on an app (cuz I’m sick) and they take Medicare and Medicaid. Just showing u guys this is what I have to pay for their services they say. I saw a real MD, too. Paid nothing. My Insurance covers all these services. __________________ "We're all born to broken people on their most honest day of living"

The last time I got an ECG, I felt a heart palpitation right while they were checking it and I was like "Crap this is it.. They'll find something wrong with my heart" and the doctor is like "Your heart is completely fine". Now when I get dissociation or DP/DR, I don't really panic anymore. I just pretend that I'm under the influence of ketamine or psilocybin, take half of a benzo and go to sleep (Cuz my panic attacks only happen in the evening or at night). I do bring the bottle of clonazepam with me everywhere I go though like people do with their inhalers. This summer I had to take a benzo for a full blown dissociative episode at a restaurant. It was a horrible experience. |

So I feel quite unmotivated with a lower mood two days without phenibut. Phenibut and Vyvanse really help with my negative symptoms.
This is very interesting research about GABA-B receptors and schizophrenia; GABA B Receptors, Schizophrenia and Sleep Dysfunction | SpringerLink It says that people with schizophrenia often have trouble with slow wave sleep and less GABA-B receptors (Which leads to increased dopamine) - agonists (Like phenibut, baclofen and the narcolepsy med GHB) can help improve memory and cognition by improving sleep. And that benzos and z-drugs like zolpidem worsen cognition. |

"Both animal and human models have shown that galantamine (Dementia medication and dream potentiator) can enhance learning and memory. Case reports and preliminary research have suggested that galantamine is an effective adjunctive treatment for schizophrenia, improving both cognition and negative symptoms."

I had Kratom pills in my kitchen drawer in a bag. I had gotten them from the cbd store like 2 years ago.
I looked a few days ago and something had chewed into the pills. But they were in the drawer. I suspect a rat got into them... __________________ "We're all born to broken people on their most honest day of living"

Ambien was a failure, yeah. Short term memory loss, too much arousal at night, black outs. Maybe Latuda will be a miracle drug, I don't know. I've been on Geodon for so long that it might be hell getting off of it.

Hey guys how’s it going?
I’m up early so looking into starting a journal. Might help to process my thoughts and help with my memory. Do any of you guys do a journal or anything? |

I've been journaling for years. I journal about how my day went/what I did, how things are going in general, what my goals are, etc It's nice to look back months or years later and see patterns and progress
