The bread is almost done, 30 more minutes. It looks like crap but maybe it will taste good

60mg Vyvanse - Good focus. I read those articles that I couldn't read last night in like 5 minutes. That's nuts.

This is what came out, a pile of crumbles. I can't even make bread in a bread machine that does almost 100% of the work. That's sad

I think the problem was I didn't add the ingredients in the order that they were supposed to go in and I didn't add enough water. That's the only thing I can think off. I'll give it back to my sister this week and maybe sometime I can go over to her house and she can make bread so I can see what I might have done wrong.

My sister said she’ll come over sometime and we can make the bread together.

While reading a chapter from "PiHKAL", Alexander Shulgin shows his ramblings on "DOT" or "2,5-dimethoxy-4-methylthioamphetamine" and writes in a coherent type of word salad - Saying that "This is schizophrenic", talks about music, going in and out of blackness, how creativity is making of the thing or revealing, reincarnation, whether or not he's talking to an audience or writes his papers just for himself, "This is truly intergalactic communication - by chemistry".

It's interesting because it reminds me of my somewhat egomaniac scribblings that I always deleted while psychotic when I was knocking myself out with risperidone.

I finally mentally let go of the last remaining grasp I had on my eating disorder. Even while recovering, I still hung onto it a little bit, but I want it out of my life entirely so I had to just let go.

You're doing well BB! Sometimes I think it can be possible to "snap out" of something - Prepared by the proper brain training, therapy, meds - And then it seems like there's an "aha" moment where you just realize - "It's simple - THIS"...

I told a user here about keeping in the middle of how whether or not she deserves good things - Cuz it's easy to fall in the pattern of "No" or "Yes". Both lead to opposite outcomes - "Selfishness" or .. What's the opposite of that? "Despair"? ..

You have to keep in the middle too.. You could fall into an ED pattern, or have a greater attachment to it in inevitability of the opposite side of being unhealthy and giving into antipsychotic weight gain.

Cuz as creatures we like to go with the flow of the stream, or swim against the river.. The middle is hard for all things.. Balance..

Balance! Mental stability.. It's really hard for the brain to do... Requires a lot of mindfulness, focus, relaxation and healthy life etc..

I used to bake my own bread. My favorite was a simple white bread, it smelled and tasted like heaven. Please see if you can pick up a copy of "Beard on Bread". There's also a bread that's easy because it uses baking soda (I think) instead of yeast.

I have a frozen washcloth in a zip lock baggie on my neck on the pillow and it feels amazing

I think I’d benefit from cold showers. Or at least half the time in the shower the water can be turned to cold. Hot first. It will take some getting used to but it’s supposed to be good for you

I started doing this cuz I heard Wim Hoff talking on a podcast (Ice Man). I haven't done it in a year - But it if you're gonna do it, - Switch it to cold for 5 minutes every time even when you don't feel like it is the way =]

I'm cutting my internet usage down to 2 hours a day. Because I spend almost all day online. So I can focus on my life and be more productive.
