Yeah I'm gonna stay up probably. I'm not sure about new years resolutions but here are some of my goals for the next year:

Start taking classes again at my college
Learn how to crochet
Learn how to play chess
Do a year long Bible study
Continue studying Italian
Continue playing ukulele
Continue recovering from my eating disorder
Read 50 books
Cut back on internet usage

Wow....50 books! That's a lot. It's like one a week almost!

Let's see.

My goals:
Lose weight
Exercise
Keep not self harming
Keep reading through the Bible with my parents
Start playing the piano again.

That's all I can think of.

I usually keep my Christmas decorations/tree up until like the 10th of January. I am keeping the tree up this year since I plan on decorating it for different seasons, but I'm taking the ornaments and stuff off of it. It's pre lit so I can keep it lit whenever I want. My Mom is going to work on one room in the house per day. So she is starting with the dining room. She said she'll leave the tree up for a few days. Probably will have it all taken down by New Years.

I read something cool in a book. It's about making questolutions instead of resolutions (of course I'm not saying resolutions are bad). But a questolution is something you propose to yourself in the form of a question.

For example, one of mine is: How might I get myself to run every day?

I just thought it was kind of a cool idea because it gets your mind thinking about how to make that come true without putting extra pressure on yourself or criticizing yourself.

I went to Family Dollar. Was trying to find Oreos (for New Years Eve) but couldn't so got a boxed brownie mix instead. I also bought some cranberry juice and ginger ale, they're really good mixed together.

My doctor wants me to try Topamax so I'm going to be trying that/ titrating up on that whenever I get my prescription. We talked today so she just sent it to my pharmacy. So... I guess if the side effects are too much to deal with I can always stop it. Now my goal is to not look up topamax horror stories online and freak myself out.

I'm proud of myself. I called the nurses line to let them know my doctor sent out the wrong dose of topamax. It was supposed to be started at 25mg for 7 days then 50mg after that. She had sent out 50mg tablets and they didn't look like they can be broken and I don't have a pill cutter. So I let them know and hopefully they can get that resolved

I got the pfizer vaccine an hour ago. I was almost thinking I'd refuse it but I went ahead and took it. I think they gave it to the whole staff first, at least I hope so. I want my vape. More than a cig today.

I make my last payment towards what I owe my college this Friday. Then I'm all set to re-enroll for the 2021 fall semester.

Since I'll be finished that frees up $200 a month to save towards getting a new phone. I think I'm getting an iPhone XR 128gb coral color. My current phone is an iPhone 5SE and it's battery is almost dead and I've wanted an upgrade for awhile now. My phone dies within like 20-30 minutes of using it. Sucks. Will be nice to have a brand new phone.

My doctor asked if I'm still playing ukulele and I said yeah definitely. She asked if I sing along while I play and I was like no, absolutely not. I can't sing lol She said she thinks I could do it. Idk. I'm so self conscious. Playing an instrument is one thing, but using my voice would be hard

Okay, so the nurse got back to me. She said she spoke with my doctor and that she had decided after our appointment that she wanted to change the starting dose to 50mg then increase to 100 after 7 days. I guess she changed her mind about the 25mg after we spoke.
