I broke my no panic attack streak
 but I pulled myself out of it pretty quickly I think. Kind of. Idk I think I’m just nervous about seeing the apartment manager tomorrow to sign my lease again.

1st big boom of Bitcoins and Ethereum was people buying them at ~100 dollars or less per coin.. 2nd boom now is the world switching to crypto very quickly.

I just keep thinking about how painful everything is. I took 1g of kratom extract - I don't know if it will help with the particular issues that I'm having but it's something.

I've had a tab of the philosophy videos in the background of my screen. And I guess I should watch those videos. But I need to meditate cuz I'm getting bad cabin fever. But also the cryptocurrencies need my full attention.. I regret not investing like my dad told me to when I was 16.
I suppose that's life.. Starting now and dealing the card that has been dealt - Embrace the now etc.. But I don't know what I'm talking about - Need to study philosophy... God. I'm a mess. I proteccttt.. myself from danger - People, possible health problems, astroid impacts, etc.. I may be losing my mind! But many people are.. I thought one day that it was the end.. Ah fack... People recommend me 50 things a day - I can't decide. WastingAsparagus!! What I doooo The more I know about cryptography, the more I like it.. But I'm like - "I have too many videos/articles to watch and I didn't watch them years ago so what's the point?" It's because of my deep idealism.. I may say things here that are completely not what people think I'm saying.. Cuz I'm so deep in my own realm - Out of touch with objective reality.. Yet I don't feel like I'm in a comfortable realm where I'm peaceful or content. I'm trying to find my way inside the outside bubble but I just go deeper into my own bubble. |

My pdoc called me last night. He said I can't start Abilify until I'm off of Vraylar completely. Which sucks cause Vraylar has a super long half-life. And he wanted me to try ketamine in the meantime while I wait for the med stuff to get sorted out. But I can't really afford ketamine I don't think. So I don't know what to do. I am really in a pickle right now. I am in a place where my depression is really bad and I can't wait 3 weeks for the Vraylar to get out of my system. I am kinda desperate for ideas.

At this time on this day last year I was at the mental hospital sitting in the common room watching TV. Waiting for the first group to start. I still remember those plastic covered chairs. Is this what this whole week is going to be like? Remembering and reliving every moment from the mental hospital? My coworker told me to "Be happy" today when I told her I was sad. Oh how I wish it were so easy.
