Still can't really seem to get started with my job. I don't really know what it is. Apathy, low motivation, whatever. At least I talk to my T tomorrow and hopefully, she can help me figure it out.

I just had a great conversation on the phone with my sister. She made me realize that I have made a lot of progress over the past 5 years:
-I'm much, much more independent
-I lost 100 lbs in a year and kept it off
-I paid off a debt to my college
-My mood is much more more stable
-I have better coping skills
-I have my own nice apartment
-I'm more responsible
-I have some college education (haven't finished my associate's degree, yet though)

You’re doing great! Also during COVID we can’t socialize as much so Facebook is OK imo.

Hmm.. I tried kratom and it sort of worked but every time I took it, I had a massive headache.

I'm gonna try and up my dose of fish oil. I've been taking one a day but I should take 3-4 again.

Yep been saying fish oil for years now...did wonders for my brain 🧠
