My thoughts are already slowing down. I was on the phone with my sister, I called her so I didn't feel so alone after the first hour of being on the med and it was hard to get thoughts out

My sister is giving me her iPhone 8 Plus, and she's gonna upgrade. So that means I have to spend ZERO on a new phone, and it's a major upgrade from my old one. I'll have it in 2 weeks

I think I may go with Betterhelp app. It’s more in depth they say than talkspace plus they have financial aid for therapy.

I can't go out of my comfort zone for 2021. I would take shrooms, drink a six pack, walk down town and take my clothes off. I don't know exactly how to get out of my comfort zone properly.

Happy New Year everyone! Every New Year’s Eve I try to wake up early and stay up and celebrate every time zone across the world. See how far I can make it this time. Usually I fall asleep sometime after midnight but I’ll try to stay up.
