Feeling like I have a cold this morning

Also just realized my therapist has never contacted me back. It’s 18 or 19 days into January. It’s ok. Whatever.

I’ve been feeling weird the last couple days. Hyper and I feel like there’s blocked racing thoughts I can’t access and my sleep is starting to get disturbed. Borderline impulsive. The ceiling sometimes moves.

Winter is getting to me. I’ve been taking my meds as normal.

I see my doctor next week. Well, chat on the phone anyway.

My sleep is going that way too...could be the increase in daylight......

Like I felt kind of down and was sleeping more but now I keep waking up at all hours and then wake up sleepy but also hyper.

Hey not feeling well

I’m sure I’ll be ok. But feel like crap

I don’t even feel like going downstairs for anything. Tried calling my mom last two days. No answer. Doesn’t matter I suppose. I haven’t had but one person to talk to about how I’m feeling. Really sucks. I feel quite alone.

Her: hi?
Me: you ok?
Her: I’m fine
Me: I was just calling to say hi... are u busy?
Her: yea I’m really busy actually. I gotta be somewhere in a hour. Somewhere really important. Ill call you later.
Me: no it’s ok. I’ll tty another time. Bye.
Her: bye

Yet again. Always busy. Never has time to talk to me but always to my sister.

It’s just all very lonely cuz I only have 1 or 2 people to talk to besides my hubby. But no one understands. And I wish those 1 or 2 were around more to talk. One friend just been so busy this week in particular.

I'm sorry. It's hard when everyone is busy and going through stuff. Are you journalling? Sometimes that helps with the feelings of no one understanding.

Hm no. But I’d rather speak to someone. Unless u count Instagram as doing journaling then yea. I post everyday usually on there and talk about how I feel or the like. I need comfort during this time in my life. Lots of it, I feel like. Sucks not to have my mom by my side during all this. Really does. My MIL has been more receptive to me than my own mom. It’s like my mom never ever wants to talk to me. But will talk to my sister

I felt hyper in a bad way this morning distracted and weird and was forced to take a seroquel I had lying around to calm myself down. Siiiigh.

Maybe go to your MIL more. I know you want your Mom to be there but if she can't or won't for whatever reason, you gotta go where you are going to get comfort. HUGS Kit

I have been doing work-related stuff. I can't force myself to start my new job though. I don't know what is wrong with me. I was just working on updating my professional presence earlier but I cannot get myself to actually do this job. Hm.

We were supposed to have our work reviews yesterday but that didn't happen. I guess we are going to have them "whenever." I think this happened last year. Where we were told it was going to happen on x date and then it ended up being like 3 weeks later. Ugh. #stressful!

ACK! The General Manager said he would do my evaluation after the break (2PM is break time). Suddenly I'm nervous. I was feeling very confident the day I filled out my self-evaluation. Now I'm not as confident. I don't think it really matters as I don't think we are getting raises this year. That's the only part anyone really cares about. I already know what I put on my list for goals for next year. I'm sure the goals are fine.
