I took 75mg of CBD before bed and stayed awake for hours and my eyes were straining. Eventually I took zopiclone and half of a clonazepam and I went to sleep.
I'm wondering if it could be because of the NAC so I only took half of that today. The extra coffee has given me a headache so Advil it is.. |

Tonight is "order in" from restaurant night. Not sure if I am going to go with breakfast or a burger! Tomorrow I might try a recipe from my new Vegetarian cookbook. I don't know though. They seem kind of hard. I need a Vegetarian cookbook for dummies!

Eating a clementine/orange. I find that I'm craving fruits and vegetables more often now. And water. Water like crazy. You're supposed to drink lots of water on topamax anyways to prevent kidney stones from it since it increases your chances of getting them.
So the topamax I've been on for a month now. I have zero side effects. So that's a relief. I was really nervous about it when I was first starting it. I play music. Drums, guitar, piano, etc by ear. Idk how to read music. It’s too mathematical. I KNOW music by the feeling of it. I feel it. My dad plays guitar and use to play professionally. I’ve played professionally once on stage.
I get my talent there from my dad. We talk about music often and how if u don’t feel it it’s not music. He plays blues since he is from Mississippi. You give me any song, I can learn it in like 30 min or less in it’s entirety and play it by heart. I have a brain for creativity beyond all measures and my writing is not just words but also mathematical in how I place them! __________________ "We're all born to broken people on their most honest day of living"

My mom tried to invite herself over today. I told her today is not a good day to come over. Cuz I’m kinda depressed.

I feel like quitting graduate school again. I literally have my thesis only left to write. I'd be so much happier without this stupid thing though. Just want to quit. Just sent my therapist an email about it. Hopefully, she understands what I'm talking about. I hate this program. So not worth my time.
