Do voices sound like someone else is actually talking to you or are they more like your inner voice?

Mine sound like someone else talking, it's usually a man's voice.

Great question

I would say that we can experience a range of 'voices' from steaming from inside the head ( like just outside the middle ear) to coming from outside of our local periphery.
Both Male and Female voices would be present with the varieties in use of language and accents, words used, and coin of phrases. Age ranges say from a teenager to middle-aged also a degree of educational background can be deduced.

Also, what's of great interest is the way we can communicate directly within it may it be through subvocalization, actually vocalized speech, or by induced thoughts not vocalized through patterns.

Also what can be achieved or displayed is the use of every appliance like a personnel laptop or in some cases a TV show broadcast, as if it was hacked by professional PYOP's experts.

I would like to ask if anybody has noticed these common noticeable traits.

Also, would any tactical feeling of pressure within the middle ear or upon the top of your head be actively noticeable during the live streaming of 'voices' and sub thoughts, I have noticed tonal momentary tinnitus and dizziness.

As well as the obvoius fact that it has now commuted more of the general scope of people as now it can affect an 11-year-old or a guy in his 50s.

This was not mainstream when I was diagnosed decades ago.
