Being Thought Broadcasted ( Remotely EH/VH) & the Right to Privacy

Whilst being subject to this strange and sometimes unnerving experience of what appears to be broadcasting silent speech or subvocalization by technical means, as it's what's been termed as 'Cyber torture ' by the UN as it may use digital EMF or Audio sound files, means to transmit. This would include the 'voices' themselves as they control or shape a malicious narrative to I suppose to suit their own need for power against someone sitting in a room, thinking basically.

So, would if proven correct this be in violation of one of the most basic standard human rights, the right to privacy, contemplating thoughts, or just living basically as a right not to be tortured or subject to degrading treatment within your own home or indeed harassed or live streamed within written consent.

I've noticed they are more active with regards to themes, you'll notice patterns in which they will be more apparently responsive too.

You can also, notice the volume of the conversation and in some cases, I've even heard my own thoughts being broadcasted back out loud as at times you can hear the echo or last part of the conversation being played as though through a speaker.

So, in short, would this be a serious as revenge porn if proven true or a real event taking place clandestinely without the victim's consent or even awareness.

Even the fact that these are being regarded by the UN as real strikes me a strange in the first place, as there are many genuine platforms like MobbedUK or Flyingmonkies denied. ( As well as fake ones like Targeteduk and TI Television)
