I already have the schizoaffective diagnosis, so I already know I hallucinate.
The problem is it has become more powerful between wake and sleep lately. I don't know why it happened, but I saw my boyfriend in the doorway of the bathroom in a green shirt. I called out to him and he didn't respond. I got up and he didn't look at me. I went over there and he wasn't in the room. I looked into another room and there he was. They aren't usually this powerful. I haven't touched drugs or alcohol in 6 years. __________________ Sobriety date 4/19/14 schizoaffective, PTSD and others. |

I find my psychotic features are most powerful when i am ready to go to sleep too!!! Try to prepare yourself at night that you might experience them. And of course the right medication really helps.

I'm on 160mg of Latuda and I have 6 years in recovery from alcohol and drugs. I've already been to a CSU once for my hallucinations. I think I need to go back, but to a hospital this time. I've been in recovery from psychosis for 12 years and this is the first time this has happened.
