I feel like I’m a pushover... I’m nice to people and when I get upset it’s nothing but when someone else get upset at me I’m the terrible person. I’m also paranoid about people talking crap about me...

I'm paranoid about people talking crap about me too Erti or people talking about me behind my back. It probably happens far less than I fear but.......you never know. Sometimes it is good to be a bit paranoid.

I was working on a quote at work and I messed it up when I was almost done so I just had to step back for a minute to calm down hahaha. Ugh.

I'm starting to like low THC/high CBD weed. I might smoke some and look up psychedelic stocks again.

Taking 30mg of Vyvanse in the morning and 30mg at noon is way better than taking 60mg in the morning - So I'll keep doing that.

I'm in a good state of mind. Might read after idk..

I hope I get to work on the weekends again to make extra money.

My panic attacks seem to be completely gone.

I’m gonna do it. I’m gonna give up coffee for lent. It will make me appreciate it more once I do have it again. I’m gonna start a little earlier then lent starts. Lent starts feb 17th and goes till April 3rd. I’ll start tomorrow until April 3rd.

It will save me money for awhile too.

And I can see what effect it has on my mental health

Sometimes, it depends. Sometimes I do sometimes I don’t. I’m not sure why it’s like that for me. Sometimes it makes me feel really good and energetic and great but it can also make me really anxious other times.
